Wow! These guys are such a breath of fresh air. We met with about a dozen contractors to add stairs to our deck and even hired someone, but he completely botched the job so we had to start over. Tiago and his amazing crew totally saved the day! From the beginning, he stood out for his prompt communication, timeliness, and for providing such a professional, thoughtful, and detailed project overview. He is also very detail oriented and passionate about his craft, which really shows in his work. He was also very flexible and accommodating to our project and budget goals. This was a great experience for us!
We are truly so grateful for Rossatto and his team. They were tremendously knowledgeable around the buildout of our deck and offered great suggestions to us to maximize space. We encountered a couple issues with our old deck once the old boards were removed that made the scope of the project bigger. It was in real bang up shape and poorly installed years and years ago. We really appreciated Rossatto’s transparency in what was occurring and his incredibly fair pricing practices! This also didn’t stop them from going forward with the job; they continued right on working and built out a whole brand new deck for us!
What was most exciting about this project was we scheduled it and didn’t have to wait 6 months for them to fit us in. We discussed at the end of April, and the full deck rebuild was complete before June and was done in no time with only taking about a week.
Would highly recommend them for your decking services!
