Working with Roberto was a great experience! I appreciated his communication which helped to efficiently get this project completed in the timeline desired. We obtained several quotes from other installers before deciding to go ahead with Genesis Stone. We selected our quartz and despite being out of stock from one warehouse, Roberto was able to procure it from another warehouse. He was accommodating of our schedule and was very transparent and responsive throughout the process. He was able to connect with us with his right connections for plumbing and carpentry work that was needed in our case. Overall, we are happy with the install. We replaced wood based countertops with quartz. Went with a white quartz with few veins so now the kitchen looks very tidy and appears to have more light because of the white colour scheme. We also went with full backsplash and Roberto was able to guide us along the way. Work was done meticulously and thoughtfully. His team worked late on the nights to accommodate our schedule and we really appreciate that.

Roberto was amazing from the first callback all the way to the finish . He was honest , very knowledgeable in helping me pick out what stone I needed and what would look best. Was always punctual and was very respectful of my living space when installation day came ! He walked me through the entire process from start to finish!! Genuinely a great guy and was an absolute pleasure working with him!
