10/10 for Smart Home LLC. Rick and Mike were super responsive and professional. They diligently completed our TV hanging without issue on the same day as the solicitation for the job. They were competitively priced and the work itself was excellent.

A job well done.
The attention to detail from Rick and his team was unmatched. They handled the complex installation of approx. 89 Cat6 lines and multiple switches with precision, leaving our data closet very neat and organized. From the labeling of every wall plate and switch port to the final camera placements, every detail was carefully considered. Rick even took the time to walk me through the system after it was installed. He answered all of my questions and offered to mount two monitors at no additional charge! The quality of his work and his transparent communication made the entire experience a pleasure. My team and I are extremely satisfied with our upgraded network and security.

When calling Today’s Smart Home to schedule an appointment to mount our new 75” TV. While speaking with Rick, I didn’t realize there wasn’t an electrical outlet or cable above the fireplace. However, this wasn’t an issue for Rick and Gary, they installed both and was able to mount our TV. Very professional, quoted the cost before starting the work and could not be happier! Great guys.

From the start of contacting Rick (his nickname.....Mr. Turnkey) it was nothing short of Easy, Professional, and an overall great experience! He came to my home with one other worker, and they were very easy to talk to, he explained all the work he would perform before getting started (so we were on the same page) they were clean and polite (they wore booties on my hardwood floors ...a plus).. they totally respected my home and time. When they left, you would have never known they were there, other than I have this wonderful setup of TV & Soundbar mounted on the wall. It looks like I gained so much space in my Livingroom, and as a bonus..... my young children can no longer touch the TV and possibly get hurt.
I recommend Rick and Todays Smart Home with high regards and will definitely use them again for TV's, Home Security or just basic Security Cameras....... A+ Service!!!
