They should also make sure the company is fully insured and has referrals for work previously performed. The company should give you accurate times frames of when the job would start, how long the job would take to perform and that at the end of the job they would make sure that the job site is left clean and debris free. Consumers should also ask what the terms and policies are of that company before they sign any paper work.
