Steven came by the property and inspected 6 units for me. He was very punctual and professional. He did the inspection on the property on one of the coldest day of the year which it was a minus degree weather. His inspection was thorough and I can tell that he has a lot of experience. And if I’m planning to buy another property I will would call Steven back to help me out.

Steve went above and beyond. He gave me a very good appointment quickly, showed up on time and really went into detail on the inspection. He took the time to explain systems and potential improvements. His inspection was very detailed and his suggestions for what needed to be amended or improved very clear. He was very pleasant to deal with. Fantastic professional. I highly recommend him

Thumbtack should allow you to select all five items! If people can’t see the other two his Value and Punctuality was also stellar! Steve was absolutely OUTSTANDING! We were absolutely nervous going into our home inspection for our first purchase and we left that day having had a GREAT time! His energy, enthusiasm, expertise and guidance was incredible. He literally showed us how to operate our new home! Will absolutely use Steve again in the future and if anyone is in need I can’t recommend him enough!
