I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Sherman Inspection. My inspector was absolutely amazing and incredibly thorough. From beginning to end, I genuinely felt like he was there on my behalf, making sure I understood exactly what I was potentially purchasing and that nothing was overlooked.
He didn’t simply inspect the home and check boxes, he educated me throughout the entire inspection. He explained what he was looking at, why it mattered, how different parts and systems of the home should be maintained, and even gave me helpful tips on how to care for the home in ways that could save me money in the future.
I especially appreciated his attention to safety. Whenever he identified a potential safety concern, he explained the applicable standards, what the measurements or conditions should be, and clearly pointed out when something exceeded or fell below those standards. I never felt like I was just being handed information without understanding what it actually meant.
His professionalism and focus also stood out to me. Even when my realtor attempted to make small talk with him during the inspection, he remained focused on his primary responsibility. He was still courteous, but he did not allow conversation to distract him from thoroughly inspecting the property and explaining his findings to me. That level of concentration meant a lot because this is a major investment, and I wanted someone who took that responsibility as seriously as I did.
Another thing that impressed me was his punctuality and work ethic. He arrived before our scheduled appointment time, and when I arrived, he was already outside inspecting the property. That was highly appreciated and immediately earned my respect.
This was exactly what I hoped a professional homeinspection would be. I walked away feeling informed, educated, and confident that the property had been thoroughly evaluated. The inspection was worth every single dollar.
If I could give Sherman Inspection 10 stars, I absolutely would. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone purchasing a home.

He is an amazing guy. I had no knowledge of how things work in the house and what to look for. He educated me so well in detail about a lot of things. He took initiative to explain things to me. I asked him way too many questions and he replied each and every time with details. I was happy that I went for the inspection. Totally worth it. He guided me what I need to do in the future if I go with the house.
