New England Specialized has Certified Master Textile Cleaners, Certified Mold Remediation Supervisors, Certified Master Fire and Smoke Restoration Technicians, commercial floor care technicians and Flood remediation Technicians on staff. Our staff is trained by the IICRC and performs all work according to the highest establish standards in the industry. Our crew has been together for many years. We price each project based on the clients needs and budget. Typically our quotes come in lower than our competitors. Lower pricing does not mean lower quality. Our typical technician has multiple certifications and an average of 12 years of experience.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We work with Fortune 500 companies, small businesses and private parties. We will perform a pre inspection of the job, provide a firm quote, and then schedule the service. We stand by our quotes and on larger projects offer "not to exceed" pricing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
IICRC Certified Master Textile Cleaner, Council Certified Mold Remediation Supervisor, Certified Master Fire and Smoke Technician, Journeyman Water Restoration Technician, Odor Control Certified, Hard Surface Certified. Often people are unaware that licensing for mold removal is not required in many states including MA. Our Mold Supervisor is Certified by the ACAC.
