We received first rate help from US IT 360 for cordless telephones. We installed them but got no dial tone. Warren examined the telephone jack and tested the wiring. He ultimately realized a wire inside the phone jack had come loose, which caused the lack in connection. He was prompt in his arrival. He figured out the cause of the problem and addressed the cause. Our phones now work. Warren is outstanding in his analytic skills and problem solving ability. I highly recommend him and would definitely call on him again should we need his help.

Warren and his team did a great job installing network cabling in our house. He did a site survey beforehand and listened to what we were looking to have done and had some great suggestions. His communication before the install was excellent, and they showed up on time. Everything is working well, I would highly recommend them for any IT work you need done.

We were overwhelmed at our business keeping up with all the IT complexities alone without a full time IT person on staff. We had recurring issues with hardware, network, email and software. After searching locally for help we came upon USIT360 and contacted them. We got an immediate response and an offer to help address the issues. The USIT360 business owner, Warren, personally came on site and met with our team in 2023. He addressed and corrected the immediate emergency issues and provided guidance and knowledge to point our business on a path for the future. Now, our business IT infrastructure is corrected, the network is safe and software updated. USIT360 saved us from failure ! We have contracted USIT360 to maintain our business IT needs as needed. USIT360 has saved us a lot of headaches and money. The owner, Warren attends to our every needs and has built our business IT system for the future. I can't say enough about the knowledge , communications, and timeliness of Warren and USIT360 . Hero to us !
