We've used Greg for two plumbing projects in the past (both great quality, and still holding up after several years), but he most impressed me recently. After heavy rains, we got water in our basement, and we thought we might need to install a sump pump. We called Greg to come assess the situation - he was honest with us and did not try to sell us something that wouldn't actually solve our particular problem. He spent time walking our property, answering all our questions, and giving us some simpler (and much cheaper!) suggestions. His level of customer service is also great. He remembered our family from past jobs, and he was cordial and professional at all times. I won't hesitate to hire Greg again.

I woke up to a flooded basement with more water creeping in every minute. I called Ostroski Plumbing and spoke to Alison who reached out to Greg (the owner). Within two minutes, Alison called me back saying they could help. Seconds later, Greg calls me and says he'll be there in about an hour with a new sump pump.Greg turned up exactly on time and attacks the problem immediately. He managed to stop the flow of water before any damage was done. If he hadn't turned up so quickly and moved so efficiently, the damage would have been disastrous.He also took me through how he improved on the old installation giving me real peace of mind. For icing on the cake, Greg then loaned me his water vac overnight which made a nightmare job pretty doable- and it also saved my pretty expensive rug. Above and beyond. Thanks Ostroski. You're all rockstars. Highly recommended.

We've had Ostroski Plumbing do a whole bunch of projects for us, ranging from sink repairs to a combi boiler installation, and have been very happy with their work, communication, and transparency.

Greg and his team are very responsive, courteous, and professional, and their workmanship is top notch! We first hired them to finish a basement bathroom and kitchenette, and then again to connect a gas line for an outdoor fire pit. Were very satisfied with both projects. Wed highly recommend Ostroski Plumbing!

We just used Ostroski Plumbing for the first time this week They were outstanding and I highly recommend them! Our water heater was leaking and they came within the hour to shut off the water Then they were here the next day to replace the water heater. Not only were they on time, professional, and courteous, they were immaculate and didnt leave any mess in my house highly highly recommended!!!!PS very reasonably priced as well :)
