- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Monthly rates are $110 for 30 minutes, $175 for 45 minutes, and $205 hourly. Per lesson payments are a dollar per minute ($30, $45, and $60) -The very first lesson is 50% off! -Students can pay either per lesson or on a monthly basis and save 10% (please call, message, or email for details)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical process with a new client is the client contacts us if interested in private lessons. Basic information is given and we schedule a first, discounted lesson at a time that works for both the client and teacher. The first lesson is always relaxed, but very educational. An instructor will evaluate the new student's skill level and how long they focus. Recommendations on the appropriate lesson length and method book that fits the client will then be discussed. After the lesson is finished, teacher and parent discuss if the client feels they are a good fit for the studio. If they wish to continue lessons, another lesson is scheduled.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each teacher has their degree in music. A number of instructors are also very achieved performers in their own right. Please visit our website to read more about our current instructors.
