- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer special pricing for prepaid blocks of sessions. Single session fee: $100.00 Prepaid block of 3 sessions: $270.00 (Savings of $10 per session) Prepaid block of 6 sessions: $480.00 (Savings of $20 per session) Prepaid block of 9 sessions: $630.00 (Savings of $30 per session)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a free initial consultation which gives the client an opportunity to meet me and ask questions prior to committing to a training program. If I am hired we then review my contract and schedule the training sessions. Sessions are conducted once a week for approximately one hour per session.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have earned the CPDT-KA desigantion from the Certification Council of Professional Dog Trainers. I am also an honors graduate of Animal Behavior College, and a member of the Association of Professional Dog Trainers. I have attended many webinars and seminars offered by well respected trainers in the industry. I also participate in discussion groups with fellow trainers. I have an extensive library and keep up to date with modern training methods. I am always adding more facets to my training repertoire.
