He was totally unprepared he took a quick look at the pipe in question and went to the store to buy supplies. He returned with the wrong size and had it to go back out, then he asked for more money for the pipe when we already agreed upon a price. Since I payed for the pipe he should have left it and didn't. He did not bleed the air from the pipes and said he does not do that only does the repairs. Resulting in an incomplete Job in that the pipe still had a drip. I called him back it was Saturday he told me the soonest he could return was Monday or Tuesday. I informed him that I could not take any more time off of work to meet him as I already had done initially. He should have come right then and fixed it. He was unprofessional and tried to find the parts at home depot in stead of a plumbing supply store when I ordered the job as commercial. I asked him if he was going to drain the pipeline before cutting it and said no it won't be much water and starts cut the pipe which was above a drop ceiling and over a carpeted room. I said what about catching the water and he said why it's just water it will dry. Needless to say I am extremely disappointed. I should have a partial refund.

Dennis came out to clean my gutters on a frozen day in November. He and his assistant were friendly and got right to work. I also needed some tree branches trimmed that were near the roof and he cleared those out as well. All in all, a good job done!
