Thank you so much for the review. All of you were the ideal clients whom my girls and I have enjoyed meeting getting to know and working with. Thank you so much for your business.
Brick or Stone Repair
Eddie knew what he was doing and it shows in the work. He is also a really nice guy. I have recommended him to my neighbors who also have been hit hard by the winter. If I ever need a Mason again, I would once again hire Eddie.Jul 7, 2015Verified
We had a project that we started and we did not have the man power to complete on our own . We reached out to Genesis and they were able to help us out right away. They finished five buildings with 15,000 brick each a month before our deadline. The professionalism and courtesy they showed was incredible, the quality of the work was near perfection and they took safety more seriously than anyone I'd ever worked with before. We paid a little more than we wanted, and that was in part due to the fact that we contacted them kind of late in the game where they had to pull from other projects, but given the quality of their work, it was well worth it. We are getting ready to work with them again on another project.Mar 19, 2019
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I do not have a complicated pricing system. Usually with brick and block, I charge per brick (labor, materials and allowance for certain percentage of extra material are included in this price) and then in the case of tile, stone, and marble, I charge per SF. Add sales tax and that is it. No complicated pricing system.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Yes. Education through the International Masonry Institute which provides classroom and shop hours to keep you current on the latest product and methodologies to be used in the masonry and tile fields. Also, through the various Project Management schools to stay current (there is a certain amount of required hours before you can get certified or re-certified through the PMI).
- How did you get started doing this type of work?My father is a retired mason. I learned from him the art of masonry and I added to that with Project Management experience and certifications as well as Lean Six Sigma certification.
