Chris saved us after we hired someone else to fix walls that were damaged from a burst pipe. I wish we had gone with him from the start. He knows what he is doing and what he is capable of. He works hard, is pleasant and trustworthy. He hung drywall, and is doing other assorted jobs around the house for us. He sends detailed invoices so you know what you are paying for in terms of materials and his time, and he leaves the house clean. I am happy to refer him to friends (have already) and intend to hire him in the future.

Super nice, super responsive and the project is done. I needed to remove a big heavy wooden structure from my back yard. I had no idea where to start so I called in a pro. The whole project was done in about an hour including hauling away the wood. Huge relief. He made it so easy that I booked him to do some more projects. Highly recommend.

Save 9 (as in, “A stitch in time…” has been great, already gave them a key to my house after the first job they did for me. We own a summer rental cottage and don’t live close enough to run by every time there’s an issue (torn window screen, screen door closer broken…) so it’s great to have someone on call to handle whatever comes up. I worked on several projects w the owner (Chris) and he was funny, knowledgeable, and hard working, a pleasure to work with, will also be a pleasure to call him and have him take care of X,Y, or Z without me having to be there.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We like to apply discounts where ever we can. if we overestimate on hours required we will refund or discount any full days' worth of hours unused.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well, the key to any good relationship is trust to that end we like to take our time and get to know you and your expectations before we start work. Maybe you'd like to be present while we work or maybe you only want us to use a certain entrance. Maybe, you just want us in and out as fast as possible. Whatever the case may be we are here to take care of your home in a way that is suitable to you.

The owner has worked in the construction industry for 15 years.
