You Will Need: 1) The document(s) you need notarized -Make sure the document(s) is/are complete. -Do not sign your name until I am present. 2) Proof of your identity -You may use a state-issued ID card, driver's license, passport, or another government-issued photo ID. -Ensure the name on your ID matches the name on your document(s). 3) All signers to be physically present -Every individual who will sign the document(s) must bring a proper ID. -If your document requires a witness(es), YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN witness(es), who will also need a proper ID.
