Craig Chazen knows all about exercise equipment. He diagnosed the problem with my treadmill over the phone, ordered the part needed, and arrived at my house on time. Excellent work. Not cheap by any means, but worth it!

Craig was great. Even before he came, he was candid about whether or not this seemed like a machine worth investing in. He quickly diagnosed the problem and got it repaired. Throughout, he was honest and straightforward with me. The repair was not the cheapest, but much better than a new machine and hopefully it's good for a long time to come
