Craig was great. Even before he came, he was candid about whether or not this seemed like a machine worth investing in. He quickly diagnosed the problem and got it repaired. Throughout, he was honest and straightforward with me. The repair was not the cheapest, but much better than a new machine and hopefully it's good for a long time to come

Craig came to my house to fix my treadmill as it was very loud and the speed was not in synch with actual belt speed. Craig looked at the treadmill and pin pointed what was wrong. He promptly ordered the part and will return to complete job upon receiving the part. Craig is knowledgeable and very professional and was willing to go the extra to help!!!!

Diagnosis, followed by follow up if parts are needed. Assembly is one trip.
