I work with people of all ages, from seniors to children, one-on-one, pairs, or in groups. In addition to in-person, I offer remote personal training via Zoom and FaceTime using what you have available in your home. For those who want to meet in person, clients can come to my private studio in North Falmouth, or I will travel to a client's house for an additional fee. I am encouraging and non-judgmental.
For personal training, I have worked with clients into their 90s, people with knee and hip replacements, golfers working to improve their game, people with Parkinsons, limited vision, and limited hearing, and men and women of all ages working to improve balance, strength and mobility. No matter your background, I am skilled at working with your limitations and strengthening your weaknesses.
For runners and other athletes, I provide top-level expertise whether your goal is a high race finish or completion of your first event. I have worked with age group triathletes competing at the world championships and Ironmans, moms new to running and cycling, kids taking their first steps in organized running, high school and college students on varsity teams (running, soccer, baseball), and many regular runners enjoying my guidance to improve their running, whether to stay in shape or compete in local races. Whether you are an elite athlete or a beginning fitness aspirant, in shape or completely out of shape, young or old, I will design workouts that are appropriate for you.
I can be your personal coach for running, duathlon and triathlon, providing with training plans and/or working with you in person.
I have had success working with autistic teens and running.
I have certifications in yoga, mat pilates (not reformer), personal training and indoor cycling and use my skills to help clients stay injury-free. I am well-read in nutrition. I am insured. I am a competitive runner and former national champion triathlete and duathlete. I have competed at the highest levels of sport and use my experience and skills to help you meet your goals, no matter how small or big.
