Anne has been working with my father, who has Parkinson's, for about 6 weeks now, and I've already seen improvements in his mobility and mood. He actually enjoys his sessions with Anne, and for a guy who avoided exercise for most of his adult life, that's saying a lot! - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I have a per hour fee, which is based on whether I travel to you or you come to my studio and on the number of clients in the session. Fees range from $65 - $100/ hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I talk with the new customer by email, on the phone, or in person about their goals and experiences. At our first in person meeting, we run through a series of exercises to identify strengths and weakness. After that each workout has a purpose that serves the client's goal and addresses the elements and skills that will get the client to the goal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am certified in yoga, pilates, personal training and indoor cycling. I have 20 years of run coaching experience, at the high school, youth, and adult levels.
