- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer flat and transparent rates per assembly project so you know exactly what you will pay from the start, with no surprises or hidden hourly fees. My base prices cover the complete assembly of the product on a ready and leveled surface. If ground preparation, special anchoring, or heavy lifting is required, we can evaluate it together before starting.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process is very simple and transparent: first, we review the exact model of the furniture or shed you need assembled and agree on a flat price. We then coordinate the day and time that works best for you. Upon arrival, I inspect that all parts are complete, perform the assembly strictly following the manufacturer's manual, and ensure the space is left clean and tidy before I leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have years of hands-on experience in the service and assembly sector, which has given me a deep knowledge of using professional tools, reading technical blueprints, and leveling structures. I know exactly how to handle different materials, from wood to high-density resin, guaranteeing that every piece is perfectly aligned and secure.
