Lurii was amazing from start to finish. His communication was perfect and he arrived at the exact time he said he would. He took his shoes off when entering my home and showed nothing 100% professionalism the entire time. He works very, very neatly putting down drop cloths and bringing wipes with him so as not to leave any mess behind. He hung my television on a new mount in the bedroom, exactly where I asked him to and answered any questions I had before he hung it. He also made sure to hide all the cords, etc. even though I hadn’t asked him to. I asked him about mounting my new, much larger, television on the old mount in my living room, and he carefully studied it and tested a few things then told me that it was not strong enough to hold the new TV. He then came up with an alternative and made sure I was perfectly happy with it and everything was hooked up and functioning perfectly before he left. I wan
