I think very highly of Lac. I was first introduced to him through Service Magic to do my basement renovation.
His quote was so far below everyone elses' that we figured we owed it to ourselves to check him out.
Everyone I contacted talked about how meticulous he is, how reasonable his rates are and what quality work he does. I went with him and he was everything anyone said about him. He was absolutely where he said he would be, when he said he'd be there. His crew always cleaned up after themselves. I changed the original plan and he worked with it. The quote remained rock solid. He even had a person working here on a Sunday because this guy wasn't going to be available for another week and he had promised that he would be done. I have to imagine that cost him some extra money, but he got the job done.
That was 2006. In 2008, I redid my kitchen and called him and only him. He gave a good quote and again it was rock solid. I trusted him that much. He was meticulous in ensuring the measurements were correct and that we bought only what we needed.
This year he redid my bathroom. We called him and only him. We had a pipe break and water was leaking all over the place. I called him for some assistance, and he came on a Sunday to help out. He had no promise of anything else, but he is just the kind of person who will bend over backwards for you.
The last thing of interest is this: when he starts your job, he does your job, even if he has another bigger job waiting. The project he's working on is the most important project to him. I really cannot speak highly enough of him, his workmanship, or his work ethic. I have spent a lot of money with him and have always been pleased. He will work with you and is always conscious of cost/value. Please, do yourself a favor - check his references, they will be sterling. Retain his services, they will be reasonably priced and quality through and through. And pay attention - what his references say will be accurate.

Lac Truong repaired my roof and replaced some windows for me last year. This year he is repairing my deck and tiling my bathroom floor.
He is very knowledgeable and a careful planner as well as a highly skilled workman. In addition he keeps in good communication with me regarding the work and is respectful of customers.
I highly recommend Lac Truong for your remodeling and contracting needs.

I have had work done by LT Construction and Remodeling,Inc. over the past four years. A new roof was added to the garage, a family room was added with two decks, the bathroom was remodeled in addition to smaller jobs.
LT is one of the most reputable companies you will find.Price quotes are right on target, the owner is open in his communication and listens to the customer offering appropriate suggestions. The work is scheduled efficiently and generally completed ahead of schedule.
I would highly recommend LT Construction and Remodeling,Inc for any new or renovating work.

We've used LT Construction on several interior projects in our home and couldn't be more happy with the work. Lac was very professional, punctual and left the work area clean upon completion. Lac also gave great advice when needed. We have several other projects we're planning and won't hesitate to bring LT Construction in again.
