We needed to close on an off market condo quickly and before year end after our offer was accepted in late December. As first time homebuyers, we appreciated that John made the process extremely clear and simple for us. He even recommended a great home inspector. We had many questions along the way and he was always very prompt to reply and made sure we understood all aspects of the pre-close and close. Months after closing, we have reached out to John with one off questions and are so glad we decided to hire him!
