Liv-Yoga

We are a yoga and healing arts studio, specializing in vinyasa yoga for all levels. Our services and classes include yoga, yoga therapy, Nia, authentic movement, yoga for kids, teens and adults. We also provide hot yoga classes and specialty workshops. The dome of our healing/expressive art classes include yoga for anxiety, depression, stress management and restorative. All services are offered in private, semi private or private group, upon request. We also offer yoga and dance, yoga and other art modalities.
