I initially reached out to Burns Masonry after he came recommended from a friend where they had also done some foundation repointing, (the same work I needed). After checking out his work and reading through the great reviews online, I gave them a call and "Frank" came out to my house the same day and provided an estimate with 2 days which was extremely detailed and broken down with 2 different options on how to do the work since I told him I was working within a budget. His price to fully repoint the basement foundation walls and add waterproofing was within my budget which I was shocked at since other estimates I had received from other company's were much much higher.
Frank and his team removed all the old mortar between the stone which was giving me a headache with constantly having to vacuum up the failing dust. I had a lot of questions about almost everything as I'm not familiar with this type of work. Frank explained in great detail and his communication throughout the entries process was exceptional. Work areas were cleaned daily. Frank was on the job every day overseeing the repointing work. I called them back a few weeks later to add waterproofing to the walls, I wanted to brighten the room and make it fell welcoming with that added protection against water. I couldn't be happier with the end results of overall project.

Frank Burns and his team done a beautiful job at repointing the inside of my stone foundation and pouring us a new concrete slab. Frank's commitment to detail as well as his ability to communicate with you goes above and beyond, he was able to spot holes in the foundation that went all the way out to the other side of the foundation that I never noticed was there in the beginning. You can see from these photos, the difference they have made to the walls and floor. I can now turn my basement into a storage area where I now feel comfortable knowing the mortar joints are no longer constantly falling apart and letting water inside. I would highly recommend Burns Masonry to anyone.

I am very happy with the work that was done. We had a crack on the brick facade that was causing a leak and the Burns Masonry team repaired it, repointed the area and left everything clean. The team arrived on time and kept us informed of the progress and next steps. Great work!

Francis and his team at Burns Masonry performed an expert repair and re pointing job for me. The section of wall was high off the ground and falling apart but they handled and easily and even came back the next day to make sure it was clean and that I was satisfied. Had some lintel repair completed aswell as some repointing. The communication and responsiveness was great. Showed up even when it rained and always left the site clean.
