If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I reached out to Paulo days before I came in, at around 11pm and didnt think I would get an answer because he should have been off hours but he answered right away and we booked an appointment to have my screen replaced. I was tired of going to the mall kiosks and never getting my moneys worth and always having issues after a replacement but as Im typing now on my new and perfectly installed screen I can say Paulo at Truly Unlimited did an exceptional job! Looking forward to using his services in the future for any technical issues or questions I may have! I should also add that my experience in the store was exceptional too, its a great and comfy enviroment where you can sit and talk while getting your items serviced! Overall, AMAZING experience!

Paulo did an excellent job fixing my computer. i took it to Best Buy first. Ill never make that mistake again. The geek squad told me i needed a new mother board. They were wrong. I took it to Paulo. All i needed was a new gaming card and Windows 10. My computer displays and is running smooth. I almost spent 800 on a new computer I didn't need. 5 stars. Update. Truly, unlimited saved me more money. Instead of having to buy another computer to get Windows 11. They did a bypass on my computer. so I could get Windows 11. And they replaced my hard drive. Everything is working great. They also replaced my liquid cooling system and replaced a fan two years ago. Before this latest work. Paulo did a great job. I highly recommend them.
