My health coaching practice is designed to expand all areas of life; Spiritual practice, relationship(s) to others + food + your whole Self, career, nutrition, Soul level nourishment, as well as everyday rituals and routine. I provide herbal medicine guidance, emotional support and witnessing, nutrition counseling, and embodiment practice all while keeping a heart centered consciousness around human interdependence with the Earth. I enjoy the witnessing of my clients when they come to an empowering moment of profound revelation within themselves! We get into a space that creates alignment in action with their core truth. "Oooo yea, THAT'S what I need to be doing!" And together, we work out how to get there.
