I've been having my carpets cleaned every year for the past 18 years. Roberto is by far the best ever. His 3 step process is the only correct way to clean a carpet. I highly recommend BBC Cleaning for all your carpet cleaning needs.

My carpets look great. Roberto did an excellent job and even explained to me the details about how he cleaned them. The job took about 1.5hours. Roberto was on time and gave an accurate estimate of how long he would be. The only minor complaint I had was that he I charged a few bucks more than what I was quoted but still reasonably priced.

BBC Cleaning Service did an outstanding cleaning job recently at my home. There were many "pet' stains and odors, and other stains. All were removed and the carpet looks and smells so much better! Roberto is wonderful to work with, was prompt, informed me of all he was going to do, was professional in every aspect and truly a very hard worker. I would recommend him to anyone needing carpet cleaning! 5 Stars Roberto!!!

Roberto did a wonderful job cleaning the carpet in my condo. Our old cat had left a lot of stains, as well as a pervasive smell. Roberto was able to make the carpet look and smell like new. I highly recommend him!

Roberto arrived on time and worked very hard at cleaning my rugs. There was a big difference after he was done. He took the time to show me the carpet after and the more stubborn spots he worked on. He honored the quote he gave as well and spent a good deal of time on my rugs. Thanks again Roberto!!!
