- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the size and condition of the area or furniture being cleaned, as well as the level of cleaning required. We believe in transparent pricing with no hidden fees or surprises. Before starting any job, we make sure you understand exactly what is included. We also offer special pricing when multiple services are booked together, such as carpet and upholstery cleaning. Our goal is not to be the cheapest option, but to provide professional, high-quality service and results that are worth the investment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and hassle-free. We start by understanding what you need and asking a few questions about the areas or furniture you'd like cleaned. Photos are always helpful and can often allow us to provide an accurate estimate before scheduling. Once the service is scheduled, we arrive on time, inspect the areas to be cleaned, explain the process, and confirm everything before getting started. We then perform a professional deep cleaning using the proper products and equipment for each type of fabric or carpet. Before we leave, we do a final walkthrough with you to make sure you're happy with the results. Our goal is to provide great communication, attention to detail, and a professional experience from the first message to the final result.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have professional training in carpet and upholstery cleaning, including proper cleaning techniques, fiber and fabric identification, stain removal, product selection, chemical dilution, and the safe use of professional cleaning equipment. In addition to my training, I have years of hands-on experience working with different types of carpets, rugs, sofas, sectionals, chairs, and other upholstered furniture. This experience allows me to evaluate each job individually and choose the safest and most effective cleaning method. I also believe in continuous learning and staying up to date with professional cleaning techniques, products, and equipment to consistently provide high-quality results for our customers.
