I had an amazing experience working with Greater Boston Contractors! They recently finished remodeling my basement, and the results exceeded my expectations. The team was highly professional, punctual, and detail-oriented throughout the entire process.
They took the time to listen to my ideas and provided valuable suggestions to make the space more functional and visually appealing. The quality of their work is outstanding, from the flawless flooring installation to the custom shelving they built. They kept me informed every step of the way, and the project was completed on time and within budget.
I highly recommend Greater Boston Contractors. They transformed my basement into a beautiful, livable space, and I couldn’t be happier!

I hired them to finish my unfinished basement, and overall, I’m happy with the result. The work was completed on time, and the finished space meets my expectations. The team was professional, and everything was done to a good standard.
That said, the only issue I ran into was that there seemed to be multiple project managers overseeing the work at different points, and there were times when it felt like they weren’t on the same page. I ended up having to repeat the same details or clarify things multiple times, which caused a few breakdowns in communication.
Despite that, the job was completed as promised, and I’d still recommend them for reliable work.

We are VERY happy with our newly finished basement (family room/playroom, guest room/office, and full bathroom)! We chose GBC over a referral from a friend because of how impressed we were with Wellynson’s expertise and knowledge. Wellynson was very patient while we waited for our HOA to approve the project. Once the project started, we were pleased with the GBC crew and subcontractors’ work. Alyson was extremely easy to work with and we appreciate his communication, knowledge, and assistance. If anything came up, he was right on it with a solution. GBC also stayed within the completion period they had on contract which was very appreciated. Everyone who stepped into our home was friendly and worked hard. GBC’s attention to detail is very impressive and we are excited to make memories in our new space. We are blown away by the end results & will recommend GBC’s services to family, friends and neighbors!

I decided to finish my basement after 3 years of nurturing the idea here in Lakeville, MA. First, I wanted a company that would do an incredible job at a fair price and so a couple contractors came in to see the space, and give a cost estimate. After careful consideration and vetting, I finally chose Greater Boston Contractors. I am here today to attest that they did a good job and exceeded expectations. I was under a tight deadline because my family was growing and I needed extra space for the living area, a home office, a kids play room, and an additional bathroom/shower. Greater Boston Contractors professionally took me through every step, from permit application to the final coat of paint , to the final inspection. Due to financial constraints, my original plan was to complete phase one ( about 400 sq. feet), then do phase two much later. But when I saw how spectacular the first phase turned out to be, I quickly contacted them to finish the second phase without further ado.
Greater Boston Contractors crew were professional, experienced, responsible and handled the whole project flawlessly. They were easy to work with, kept in touch throughout to ensure I understood every step, and made sure the work done was of high quality. Choosing them over others, I generally felt like we were a priority, and not just a number. Matthew Santana did a great job keeping in touch with me and explaining the next steps. He never got tired answering questions even on his off days! Hoepers Alyson was very professional and outstanding. He was quite accommodating, paid attention to details, and above all he was a very easy to team with person. Ramon did great tiling the bathroom, as it came out looking stunningly amazing, my daughter loves it. The list of the workers is long, but in a nutshell, I enjoyed working with each one of them. They were clean, friendly, polite and stayed late to make sure my project was completed. I am definitely recommending Greater Boston Contractors for your next project. Our basement was completed by Greater Boston Contractors, and they did an excellent job. They worked with all of our ideas and helped us finish the project to the highest standard possible. Completely satisfied with their work.
