We had a really difficult project involving an old original barn floor. Sean did a lot of research and came up with an incredible (and historic) solution, and talked us out of flooring over it. The end result is gorgeous and really preserved the original character beautifully.We engaged him again right away to replace another floor with some locally-milled wide pine. It was an unusual material and an odd space, but again, the end result was amazing and we love it. Im sure Sean and his team could handle any standard flooring or refinishing project without breaking a sweat, but if you have something unusual or historic to deal with, call Footprints right away.

Sean & team were excellent. Timely, organized, no mess after installing and sanding the new hardwood. Good communication. Also, we had an open slot where the room getting the new floor was not going to be in use and he managed his schedule to fit us in that slot - which led to minimum disruption on our side. Things could not have gone better. I highly recommend Sean & Footprint Floor of Central Mass.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet the customer at their property to measure and discuss the best flooring choices. We will send an estimate to the customer quickly and competitively.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Install, sand and finish new hardwood and all existing hardwood. Stain new floors and old floors to match. Install new or refinish treads and risers on stairs. Help select and install new tile or vinyl floors. Natural stone and tile installation. Move furniture, appliances and plumbing. Remove/dispose of the existing floor. Remove/return baseboards and furniture.
