She was wonderful! Her touch is awesome, she really listens to you and your body. I needed a light to medium pressure and she was able to adjust to my level. You don’t get that with all therapists!

Beyond still waters was great. They helped me book a session right away, I reached out in the evening on New Year’s Eve and I was enjoying my massage the next morning. They went above and beyond.

Saw Alicia this morning, then had a stressful day, and my neck and shoulders are still calmer than I've felt in months. Her touch was intuitive and honed in on my knots and tension, and methodically worked each one out. Very, very highly recommended.

I wish I had learned about Beyond Still Waters sooner. I've struggled with lower back pain for a few years and have refused to return to PT or a Chiropator. A friend recommended I see Alicia and after just a few visits I have range of motion back and I feel amazing. Since winter, I was having back spasms daily. Now I've only had 2 since I started therapy 6 weeks ago (my fault, testing limits). Alicia is an excellent therapist and runs a very professional business. I highly recommend!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do really excellent work and we're priced accordingly. Because our focus is injury and overuse recovery and physical maintenance, we offer packages for people who come more than once a month to ensure their bodies to function at it's best.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always suggest or 90 minutes for the first visit. We offer our new clients $20 off the 90-minute appointment. That allows us to check through the whole body find the root of the problem and not just treat the symptom. This brings longer-lasting relief.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a graduate 25 years ago of Bancroft School of Massage Therapy of Worcester MA. since then I've worked in busy day spas and physical therapist office in doctors offices. You develop quickly with so many different people types and injury types.
