- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies based on service type, complexity, turnaround time, travel requirements, and document volume. Russell Partners LLC provides transparent, upfront pricing before work begins whenever possible. Rush, after-hours, weekend, mobile, printing, mileage, court filing, and administrative fees may apply depending on the service requested. Bundled service pricing may be available for recurring business clients and multi-service engagements.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with an initial consultation to understand the client’s needs, timeline, and required services. Clients are then provided with secure document upload instructions, intake forms, and a service quote or engagement outline when applicable. Once documentation is reviewed, services are completed with ongoing communication throughout the process. Russell Partners LLC focuses on organization, accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance from intake through completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a bachelor’s degree in the legal field with a minor in abnormal behavior, along with advanced paralegal training and certification, including ABA-approved coursework. I have also worked within three different government sectors, gaining valuable hands-on administrative, compliance, and operational experience. My professional training includes National Notary Association (NNA) certifications for notary and loan signing services, ongoing annual background screenings, fraud prevention training, and continuing education related to immigration document preparation support, accounting, bookkeeping, tax procedures, compliance operations, and professional document services. I also maintain Massachusetts Notary Public commission credentials and continue pursuing ongoing refresher courses and additional training to remain current with evolving industry standards and best practices.
