- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
What identification do I need A valid government issued ID such as a driver’s license, state ID or passport is required for all notarizations. Do you travel to hospitals and care facilities Yes. I provide mobile notary service to hospitals, assisted living, rehab centers, long term care facilities and private residences. Do you offer printing Yes. The first 20 pages are free. There is a small fee for additional pages. A secure upload link is available for confidential documents. Do you speak any other languages Yes. I speak English, basic French and Haitian Kreyol.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I confirm the document type, location and identification, then provide the total fee in writing. At the appointment, I verify ID, ensure the document is ready to be notarized and complete the notarization with clear communication from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a commissioned Massachusetts Notary Public and an NNA Certified Loan Signing Agent. I am background checked, insured and trained in proper signer verification, document handling and state requirements.
