Michael arrived on time and went right to work addressing my problem. He inspected all areas of my house not just the obvious troubled areas including the basement and attic. After he was done he explained what he had done to alleviate my problem and what to expect in the weeks to come. He let me know that I could call him if I should have any further problems with mice or any other pests. Thanks again Michael!!

We received a quick response which was tailored to meet our needs. The issue was a mice infestation. Mike went through the entire building spraying holes, covering entry points and placing poison which would not interfere with tenants' domestic pets. We have noticed an immediate decrease as the plan has taken effect.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are required to attend continuing education classes every year for licencing.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I studied psychology at Clark University and was planning to become a physicians assistant. While I was going to school I was also working for a pest control company. Once I finished school I left the pest control company and started working as an EMT in Boston, MA. Although I still wasn't satisfied with where I was going.
I really didn't want to go to school for a few more years to become a PA and I didn't like the idea of working a 9-5 job for someone else.
So I started reading about business and thought that maybe I could start my own business. This was eventually what I did. I stopped perusing a career in the medical field and decided to open a pest control company. I already had a pest control license and I loved pest control so this seemed like a logical step.
It has been one of the best decisions that I've made.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I treat a lot of residential homes for Mice and Carpenter ants (this year was really bad for wasps too).
I also treat a lot of commercial accounts for Bed Bugs.
