John of JL's Handyman Svcs performed excellent work for us in a variety of tasks - deck painting and restoration, interior & exterior painting, skim coating concrete stairs, reiaring a rotted door frame, and repairing a leaky shower valve. John was extremely personable and easy to work with. He is skilled in many areas and is the "handyman" par excellence. I heartily recommend him to anyone who needs work done on their home. John (and John who assisted) were excellent!! They went above and beyond in touching up my kitchen, living room and bedroom area. I am recently paralyzed and am in a power wheelchair so I have scrapped up walls and cabinets being new to a wheelchair! John found places to touch up that I didn’t notice myself . I will definitely be using JL Handyman for painting and other handyman the future. I am glad no “job was too small” as it was a huge help to myself and wife.

John is a consummate professional! I hired his services for several repairs around my house that had languished for months as I hadn’t the time to attempt them. These repairs included sanding and painting, patchwork in drywall, and resetting bathroom hardware that had loosened from the drywall (and that, unskilled as I am, had botched)! John arrived punctually, and with his assistant, worked expediently to finish the job. I’d hire his services again in an instant!

John does fantastic work and is very punctual, if he says 9am, he will be there at 9! He takes great pride in his work and goes above and beyond to provide the best results. I found his quotes to be reasonable and fair. He is immaculately tidy, despite doing drywall and some demo on our project there was no clean up on my end. I plan to work with again soon.
