John of JL's Handyman Svcs performed excellent work for us in a variety of tasks - deck painting and restoration, interior & exterior painting, skim coating concrete stairs, reiaring a rotted door frame, and repairing a leaky shower valve. John was extremely personable and easy to work with. He is skilled in many areas and is the "handyman" par excellence. I heartily recommend him to anyone who needs work done on their home. John and John were great to work with. John showed up promptly after I requested a quote, laid out the work and set clear expectations about what it was going to take. We ended up sanding down, fixing up, and repainting my porch and the front door, as well as doing some repairs and repainting inside the house. The quality of the work was fantastic and neighbors have already stopped by to let us know how good the exterior looks. Additionally: John was willing to talk to me about future jobs and provide rough estimates, as well as offering to take a look at a few things in the neighboring unit. Plus points for being friendly with my dog too! I will absolutely be calling John with projects in the future.

John @JL’s handyman services did a great job for us repairing our fence and replacing back door stoop. He saved us money I was going to replace the whole fence and he didn’t think that was necessary so he installed a metal post to stabilize it he rebuilt the back steps, and gave us options depending on what kind of materials we preferred. I would definitely use him again

John was wonderful. He showed up on time. Did an excellent job. I purchased a new exterior door and a screen door. He did a great job installing both. I'm will be using him again to do a power wash on my house. John will get my honey do list going forward . Prices are great Thanks Dawn
