Great experience overall. Jeff was easy to communicate with online, showed up on time, and was very professional. He treated our piano and home with care and was respectful throughout the visit. The piano sounds noticeably better after the tuning, and it’s clear he knows what he’s doing. I appreciated how patient, and thorough he was. Would definitely recommend and use again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As you may know, there are 208 to 215 strings to tune in any piano. I charge a fair flat-rate fee of 150.00. To be competitive, will match any price out there. This includes, if applicable, pitch raises within 20 cents +- A440. Travel allowance to be applied if further than 15 miles.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Need 1 to 3 hrs blocked time for tuning to cover for pitch raise.
Most tunings are done in an hour and a half to two hours.
A quiet environment will be needed as all testing is done by ear.
