FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is all customized based on the project. There is no one size fits all and there is no “standard job” or “basic pricing” Each job requires a custom blend of chemicals applied by a trained service technician. That technicians job is to make your property look as good as possible and they are there until the job gets done regardless. We invest in only the best equipment and consumables the industry has to offer and for that reason our projects are all priced custom. Recurring pricing packages for commercial customers are available for up to 12 months at a time. WE DO NOT DISCOUNT SERVICES. However, you can take $50 off your bill for each person referred that books a project while we are with you. Also, it is our pledge that once we quote a project and get to work we will NEVER come back with any add ons, change orders, or any other hidden fees. Pricing is upfront always and agreed upon before service. Due to the nature of the pressure washing business it’s industry standard that we accept 70% payment upon arrival and 30% upon completion of service.

- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians take over 80 hours annually of professional development including an offsite training to an industry conference. We believe in using the best practices across the industry and we partner with various industry manufacturers and trainers to keep our team skilled and ready to deliver to our customers. We use only a handful of suppliers who deliver quality products and train our technicians on the products so you will never have someone from our company testing anything on your home or business.
