Giving 5 stars because Artie was forthcoming from the beginning about what can be done, and he will do and what he did. He kept all the appointments and did exactly what he said he will do. To fix the issue he did all that a plumber could do and made great suggestions on how to proceed with the oil company.

As a retired Maintenance Manager USPS Boston District, for 35 years. I was impressed with Artie's ability to assess the job, provide a estimated cost in my home. His work was exemplary, clean, professional, knowable about the work and his instructions to maintain the equipment going forward. If I had the chance years ago I would have hired Artie to a career appointment. This is the man you want for your plumbing needs. He scheduled the appointment and was promptly on time.

Replace 2 outdoor spigots. They were in tight spaces, but he handled it without being a problem. Job was done correctly, quickly and professionly. Would be first choice of next plumbing need.
