I attend seminars, workshops and conferences regularly.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been an athlete all of my life. My nutrition training began when I needed to learn how to best fuel my body for my martial arts workouts. From there the passion grew. Once I learned what was best for myself I was able to apply what I learned to others.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Nutrition support is the greatest area of need for my clients looking to get into optimal condition.
