Mikey was absolutely amazing ! He was timely , extremely professional and knowledgeable of the service needing done and advice provided . I was so appreciative of his honesty , transparency and overall satisfaction of the service regarding troubleshooting what my heating/hot water issue was and feel so much better knowing what is actually going on vs the 5 other people prior I had looking at the issue telling me different things about what the potential issue was (frustrating) . He advised me to the best of his knowledge of where my next steps ahead lie and feel confident I went with a company that actually cares about doing the right thing by the customer and take pride in ensuring they have a positive experience and he exuded this professionalism from the moment he walked in the door ! He was very concerned about my issue and made sure I had a proper game plan on how to fix the issue before he left and I couldnt feel more confident Blue Bears the right people to do the job and efficiently and effectively so that things will soon run smoothly again . Very satisfied with this service call overall from Mikey today and looking forward to the descaling service he will perform on my unit in the days to come . Mikey thoroughly inspected our boiler and answered many questions I had regarding my system. Very knowledgeable about his work.we also had outdoor shower turned off with pipes blown outMikey was professional, friendly and experienced.

Zach the Project Manager with Bear Blue Plumbing is great! Easy to work with and knows what you need.
