Excellent experience, came out to take a look at a small plumbing need and was able to resolve it on the spot. Did not ask for an up front fee like many others which was much appreciated given that it was a simple fix. Walked me through what he was doing and also pointed out a few other things he observed with my plumbing system — not to make a sale, but just to help me better understand how my home works. Very fairly priced. Would absolutely recommend and hire again myself.
