Our hard drive was failing when we called George. We dropped off the computer that day and received a call that evening outlining his diagnosis, correction plan (and alternatives for us to consider) and a price quote. Less than 48 hours later, the job was satisfactorily completed, with all of our files backed up. Everything has been running well since.
