Electrical and Wiring Repair

Castle Electric did an amazing job diagnosing and fixing lighting issues in both my guest bedroom and closet. They were super responsive and got the job done very quickly. They upgraded our closet lighting to recessed lighting from nonworking LED strip bulbs. Looks so much better! Would definitely recommend and use again. Thanks so much!

Electrical and Wiring Repair

These guys were great. Very professional, explained the issues and solution to me clearly. Also, came back on another day when I had a new issue that was unrelated to what they had originally fixed. Troubleshooted and fixed that new problem, too!

Finally a client-centric contractor! Submitted my request one morning and within a few hours they responded that they were finishing up a job and could stop by. Took time explaining the issue and had it repaired within the hour.

Castle Electric was professional and responsive and helped us with various electric needs throughout our house. We would highly recommend them and plan to work with them again when other electric needs pop up.

I wanted to install a ring camera on the side of my house where there was no existing electrical. They came out quick to give me a quote and then when I accepted they came quick and did excellent work.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer custom tailored quotes with room by room specifics for each project. 2% off for check payments. Online invoicing

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We typically schedule either a service call or an estimate appointment based on the clients need. A service call gets the work scheduled immediately for a repair with a two technician team, licensed electrician and a helper. An estimate gets an appointment for us to come and get a look at the project first. We then create and send an estimate via email. The client can then accept digitally, or request changes until the quote is acceptable. Once accepted our office schedules the project and we come out and complete the project.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our licensed Techs go through a minimum of 4 years of apprenticeship and have passed there exam that qualifies the tech to do electrical work in the state of Ma. Continuing education every 3 years as required.
