- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since we just joined Thumbtack, our service call is only $65 (normally $95). And you don’t lose it — the entire fee is credited toward your repair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We follow a simple 5-step process. 1 - You call or request online, and we respond immediately. 2 - We schedule a same-day or next-day appointment — often within hours. 3 - Our technician performs a full, professional diagnosis. 4 - We complete the repair using genuine OEM parts for long-lasting results. 5 - We finish with full testing and provide a written warranty on parts and labor.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are EPA-certified to work with refrigerant and cooling systems. We’re authorized technicians for major appliance brands and certified subcontractors for Home Depot, National Service Alliance, LHG, and Rely Choice Home Warranty.
