Chris is fantastic! We purchased a house with a sprinkler system already installed - I had no idea how it worked, but Chris got it working and taught me how to operate it. My kids had a blast running through the sprinklers as he worked on it, too! Highly recommend, he’ll be the one I call for any future service.

New customer!!! I contacted Chris regarding leaks in the feeder pipes to my sprinkler system. He responded immediately and was able to give me a fair and reasonable quote based on the picture I uploaded. He came out the next morning and replaced the unit, checked my sprinkler system to make sure everything was working properly, all in less than an hour. Punctual and professional, highly recommend him.

After ridiculous scheduling issues with our former company, I reached out to HICO Lawn and Lock and got an appointment scheduled for the very next week despite the busy time of year. We needed our irrigation system opened up and troubleshot, and had some questions about how it had been set up. HICO arrived on time, restarted our irrigation system, relocated one of our heads and removed some others. The system is working great now.
