I recently hired Chef Andre to prepare a five course dinner for 10 people to celebrate my wife's 50th birthday. All of our guests absolutely loved his food! It was beautifully presented, tasteful, and well-executed. Andre and his assistant were professional, pleasant, and mindful of the occasion. And when they left, the kitchen was as clean as it was when they arrived. His explanation before each course really added to the experience. The feedback from our guests was overwhelmingly positive, and many remarked that is was the best meal they've ever had. As I told Chef Andre as he was leaving, he really knocked it out of the park!

Chef Andre and his assistant gave us a wonderful culinary experience! This was a dinner for 4 with apps and cocktails preceding. Every course was absolutely delicious. I was especially fond of his home made pasta (papperdelle). I look forward to recommending him to everyone I know and to hiring him again in the future!!!

We had a birthday dinner for 8 people, all the menu planning and the customizations I requested were perfectly accommodated by Chef Andre and assistant Liza, they were efficient, professional and such talented cooks, the food was marvelous and the kitchen cleaned spotlessly. I highly recommend the private chef experience Especially during these trying times. It was all fun and no work involved! Loved it.

He was responsive and very professional He welcomed my requests for additional courses and accommodated all of our likes and dislikes. I hired Andre to cook a 4 course Valentine's Day dinner for me and my fiance on 2/14/21. Everything about the whole experience was easy and fun! My fiance and I have some dietary restrictions, but that didn't put Andre off, and he provided me with multiple options for each course that highlighted our favorite ingredients and flavors. Everything sounded so delicious that I had a hard time narrowing it down! I also loved that he created a customized printed menu with our names and the date on it so we could have it as a keepsake to remember. The food was absolutely delicious and he was efficient with his time. He told me he'd leave the kitchen cleaner than when he found it and that was true! When he and his sous chef left, it was like they were never there. I can't wait to hire Andre again and I'd highly recommend him to everyone!

    I’ll work closely with my clients to build a menu and provide services that fit your budget. Quotes will be fully inclusive (labor, food cost, etc.) and based on the maximum number of guests you have estimated. Per person prices are determined by the type of service requested and the quality of the ingredients.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Catering your event starts with an introduction email from me, followed by a scheduled phone or video call to discuss your ideal menu, dietary restrictions, desired style of service, and any other specifications you may have. Once the date, time, and deposit is confirmed, I’ll send you a summary with the details.
