Matt responded right away and I was able to schedule a same day service appointment. He even offered to pick up my new water heater for me - for a fee cheaper than having delivered - which was really convenient. Him and his dad worked quick and efficiently to replace my water heater and did a great job. He was also able to haul my old one away for me. I would call Matt and his dad again for future plumbing issues.
