Assistance for Sellers includes determining the appropriate list price, suggest ways to make a home more marketable, marketing, schedule and accompany showings, hold open houses, review offers and negotiate on behalf of Seller, supervise transaction to closing. I work with Buyers to identify the home they are looking for by listening to their needs, having them pre approved for a mortgage, set up and schedule tours of homes which I accompany. Discuss the attributes of the homes we see, help them write an offer when they find the one they want and negotiate on their behalf to get the house.
