Introduction: Hi! I'm Mike.
As a personal trainer of 9 years, my focus is RESULTS.
I've spent years learning from successful trainers on the old "If they feel like they're making progress, but not really making progress, they have to keep coming back!"
That's not what I'm about.
I've advanced my skill set and knowledge base to help my clients achieve real, measurable, and NOTICABLE results by getting to know them, their lives, their work, their habits, and working with them to create a lifestyle change that will fit them short term or long term, and make sure we can get them to their goals as fast as is reasonable.
I work with clients of all levels, and have trained in the specific areas of: Fat loss, bodybuilding, powerlifting, General health and wellness, lifestyle improvement, and specific goal targets.
Working with me is entirely online, but that doesn't mean out of touch!
I take the time by phone or text to get to know you personally, your experience in health and fitness, your goals, your life, and anything I need to know to work with you 1 on 1 and cater the program specifically to you.
We have two ways we can do this:
1) A 12-week custom diet and training program, for a one time price, that would be shared through Google Drive where you will have editor access to track your progress and I can view it to help you along the way. This comes with a 1 hour assessment call to figure out how I can be the best help to you.
2) A week-by-week relationship where I will spend more time personally viewing your progress through the drive, responding to all messages within 24-hours, and helping you make course corrections as we go.
