- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
yes! it depends on how many layers of shingles! how high the roof is! and I use the length times width for the Sq. footage.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I set up a time we can meet! I go and introduce myself! and I measure the roof! check for layers! and I email the final detailed estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken construction supervisor courses in Mass. & in Connecticut. my crew has had many diffrnt safety courses from osha to state courses as well.
